Supplier Code of Conduct

Introduction

In view of Sanwood's important role in the global supply chain and its compliance with international trade rules, this "Sanwood Supplier Code of Conduct" (hereinafter referred to as the "Code") is specially formulated to clarify the basic principles, ethical standards and sustainable development requirements of cooperation between Sanwood and its suppliers. This Code aims to ensure that all suppliers' activities comply with international laws and regulations, human rights standards, environmental protection principles and business ethics to promote fair trade, maintain supply chain transparency and protect consumer rights.

I. Legal Compliance

1) Comply with international laws: Suppliers must strictly abide by international trade rules, the laws and regulations of the country where they are located and the target market, including but not limited to customs regulations, import and export management regulations, tax laws and anti-money laundering laws, etc.

2) Prohibition of illegal transactions: Do not participate in any form of illegal trade activities, including but not limited to smuggling, counterfeit and shoddy goods transactions, etc.

II. Labor Rights and Human Rights

1) Fair employment: Provide equal employment opportunities and do not discriminate against employees based on gender, race, religion, age, nationality, disability and other factors.

2) Working conditions and safety: Ensure a safe and hygienic working environment, provide necessary labor protection equipment, comply with the working hours restrictions stipulated by the International Labor Organization, and avoid forced labor and excessive overtime.

3) Salary and benefits: Pay salaries not lower than the local statutory minimum wage standard, provide reasonable welfare benefits, and ensure that employees' basic living needs are met.

III. Environmental protection and sustainable development

1) Environmentally friendly production: Use environmentally friendly materials and processes, reduce waste emissions, implement energy-saving and emission reduction measures, and comply with international environmental standards.

2) Resource management: Efficiently utilize resources, reduce resource consumption, encourage recycling and waste recovery, and promote the construction of a green supply chain.

3) Environmental compliance: Comply with all applicable environmental laws and regulations, conduct regular environmental impact assessments, and continuously improve environmental performance.

IV. Business integrity and fair competition

1) Integrity management: Maintain integrity in business activities, and do not engage in fraud, bribery, false propaganda and other improper behaviors.

2) Intellectual property protection: Respect and protect intellectual property rights, and do not infringe on others' patents, trademarks, copyrights or trade secrets.

VI. Social Responsibility and Community Participation

1) Employee Welfare and Development: Pay attention to the physical and mental health of employees, provide career development opportunities, establish an effective employee communication mechanism, and promote employee satisfaction and loyalty.

2) Community Contribution: Actively participate in community construction, promote local economic development, respect local culture and customs, and bring positive impact to the community.

VII. Compliance Supervision and Continuous Improvement

1) Regular Audits: Sanwood will conduct compliance audits on suppliers regularly, including on-site inspections, document audits, etc., to ensure that suppliers continue to meet the requirements of this Code.

2) Continuous Improvement: Suppliers are encouraged to make continuous improvements based on the audit results. For problems found, suppliers need to formulate rectification plans and complete them within the specified time.

3) Termination of cooperation: For suppliers who seriously violate this code, Sanwood will consider terminating the cooperation relationship and take necessary measures to protect its own and consumers' rights.

VIII. Communication and feedback

Establish an effective communication mechanism to encourage suppliers to raise questions or suggestions on the implementation of this code. Sanwood will respond and handle them in a timely manner to jointly promote the continuous optimization of supply chain management.

IX. Effectiveness and revision

This code shall take effect from the date of publication. Sanwood reserves the right to revise it according to actual conditions, and the revised content will be notified to all suppliers in advance.
